Our Costs To Help With Your Estate!
No Upfront Fees & The Consultation Is Free
We start by assessing your estate at no cost, understanding your needs, and evaluating your assets. No upfront payment is required.
Sale of Items
Our team sells everything, including your home if you choose, as well as vehicles, boats, trailers, furniture, jewelry, collectibles, equipment, land, residential and commercial properties, and all other estate assets.
Cost Structure
- 35% commission on all items sold
- $400 staffing fee
- $150 marketing fee (covers actual ad costs)
- 3% card/processing/facilitation fee
- State sales tax collected and paid as required by law
We get paid when you get paid - no hidden costs. Optional home cleaning or removal services can be added if needed. Early termination is possible with a $400 employee management fee if work has already started. This would just cover costs we have already paid out to begin work.

Your sale will be promoted across multiple channels including:

- Social media: Facebook, Instagram, X.com (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest
- Community and estate sale websites
- Neighborhood signage, balloons, and directional arrows
Professional Sale Execution
We handle pricing, staging, marketing, and selling for all types of assets. High-value or specialty items can be appraised by trusted professionals if needed.
Post-Sale Support
We can refer or arrange trusted companies for home cleanouts and removal services. If you are selling your property, we can connect you with a reliable real estate agent.

Additional estate-related services are available upon request to meet your unique needs.
